national agencies treat candidates like inventory.
Big Agencies forget the fact that they are dealing
with people who
have important career choices and decisions to make.
They are driven by profits, which mean moving lots of
"inventory" (candidates).
We
are different. We never
forget the fact that our success is predicated on the
fact that we are only as good as our relationships
with clients and candidates. We
treat our candidates like people, not inventory.
Our
staff of trained recruiters has the ability to find
highly talented telecommunications and data
communication professionals and match them with the
right opportunity. We are also proud to work with
other regional and national independent recruiters who
have the expertise and professionalism like ourselves.
We understand the value of time, and will present only
pre-qualified, informed, and interested candidates
within the shortest period of time.
Our
business is based on successful, repeat placements
with start-up companies and major corporations . As
a professional, you can understand that the basis for
any business success is delivering a good service. We
take pride in doing just that.
ACHIEVE will source regular (full-time) employees for your company.
The typical fee for placement varies from 15 to 25% of the first years gross salary (not
including bonus or stock options). The fee for regular placement
is earned only when your company makes a job offer that is accepted by
a candidate that is referred by ACHIEVE. The fee is billed due upon
receipt, from starting date. As a client, your acceptance of employee
or resume referrals implies a commitment. Therefore, if you, any
subsidiary or affiliate, or a third party to whom you have referred the
applicant hire a referred person within twelve months, a full service fee
is earned and payable. In addition, if your company, for any reason,
should replace our applicant with another recommended by our candidate
(within 90 days from the hiring date), we are entitled to the initial placement
fee.
We rely entirely upon the information provided by the prospective employer
and the applicant. We assume no responsibility whatsoever in the event
that the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, incorrect, and/or
deficient in any way.
Our regular placements are guaranteed as follows: ACHIEVE reserves the
right to replace a failed placement at no cost to you for the first two
months from start date. If ACHIEVE does not provide the replacement,
we offer a 60 day, prorated guarantee. ACHIEVE will pay a refund
based on 1% of the fee per day not worked of the first 60 days. Example:
forty-five days worked, 66% of fee earned, 34% of fee refunded. No such
replacement or refund will be due if the employee leaves either voluntarily
or involuntary because of misrepresentation or miscommunication related
to compensation issues, work location, assignment responsibilities, or
because of employer lay-off.
