regular (full-time) employees for you. The customary
fee for placement is 1% per thousand up to a maximum
of 25% of the first year’s gross salary. The fee for
regular placement is earned only when your company
makes a job offer that is accepted by a candidate that
is referred by us. The charge is billed due upon
receipt, from starting date.

Employee Staffing
The
contract staffing option allows you to utilize ACHIEVE
as the employer for short to long term projects. We
locate the candidate (contractor) who performs the
work for you, which in the case of consulting
services, becomes your property.
Contract
to Regular Employment
This
option allows your company to "try-out" an
employee on our payroll for a 3 or 6 month period
before you may hire them as a full-time Regular
employee. After the prearranged work time period is
met, there are no additional fees from us to hire the
employee.
